Data Collected

Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, and email address, together with the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your query and is not shared with third parties. It is retained for a maximum of 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.

Server Logs

Standard web server access logs record your IP address, request path, referrer, and user-agent string. Logs are retained for 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and then automatically deleted. Log data is not used for profiling.

Cookies

This archive uses one first-party cookie named cookie_consent, stored locally in your browser via localStorage. It records your response to the cookie consent banner (accepted or rejected) and contains no personal data. No third-party tracking cookies are set.

Legal Basis

Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by submitting the form. Server log data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) for security purposes.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@linsolqua.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, UODO (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), at uodo.gov.pl.

Data Transfer

No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Hosting is provided by a Polish-registered provider with servers located within the EU.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the archive after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
